Meet Dianna Czajkowski - WIFI@Work
Background:
I began my career on the manufacturing side of things, and then moved to the industrial distribution sector nearly 25 years ago (yikes!)
How it all began:
Initially, I started in customer service and then moved onto procurement. Starting off in that area was extremely helpful, as I gained a real understanding of customers’ needs and expectations. I’ve been the Director of Materials at Beacon for 11 years.
What is one accomplishment at your present job that you are most proud of? What is one favorite thing about your job?
Aside from personal accolades, I think I am most proud to be truly part of a team. Beacon’s atmosphere breeds growth and integration through open communication at all levels and I love that!
What is one thing we might know about you that you would like the Fastener Industry to know?
Not so much about me, but to the women in the industry – I’d like them to know that they have a voice and that they make a difference! This industry to no longer a male dominated industry, both stateside and globally; women are becoming more and more of a force in the marketplace! Know your worth and pursue your goals…you’ll do great things!
